Classes

Silver Back MMA Fitness offers a fun family environment where you can come train, get in shape and learn techniques while having fun.  We welcome all levels to come and train with us from beginners to advanced skill sets.  We specialize in group training sessions offering youth and adult classes, take a look below at the types of class that would fit your fitness goal.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Our MMA program is designed to help individuals become complete martial artists by learning a variety of disciplines including Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Judo and other respected arts.  Whether you are a beginner or advanced student, our MMA Classes offer a well- rounded and challenging training experience.

MUAY THAI

Our Muay Thai program is inclusive of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and even includes a youth class with no contact to the head allowed for children. Muay Thai, known as the Art of 8 Limbs, and Kickboxing are both great ways to develop strength, flexibility, and discipline.  Come join us and discover the world of Muay Thai and Kickboxing.

JIU JITSU

Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for adults and our specialized Kids Jiu Jitsu program aims to promote physical fitness, self-defense skills, and confidence-building through the art  of Jiu Jitsu. Join us for a fun and challenging experience were we teach great technique and drilling!  See you on the mat.

WRESTLING

Our Adult Wrestling class is focused on both freestyle and Greco-Roman styles, as well as youth classes for the next generation of aspiring wrestlers. Whether you are a seasoned wrestler or just starting out, our program offers an opportunity to learn and improve your skills in a supportive and challenging environment.

BAG CLASSES

 Our Boxing & Kickboxing Cardio Classes. This 60-minute-high energy class is led by Coach RK4 and is the perfect way to challenge yourself and get an incredible workout. Whether you're new to boxing and kickboxing or an experienced practitioner, this class is designed to help you improve your skills and increase your fitness level while having a great time.
